We are pleased to cater for all cultures, nationalities and religions with special menus, events and festivities.  Avondale Heights also has a strong connection with local Italian community groupsWhat we are looking for:We're looking for an experienced Registered Nurse - Grade 5 with Aged Care experience as a senior leader to work night shifts at our Avondale Heights home. This position is responsible for overseeing the delivery of clinical care services, care planning, review and assessment of all aspects of clinical care. As a natural leader you'll also be someone who embraces the new Aged Care Quality Standards as you lead a team of nurses and personal care workers to deliver personalised care to maximise each residents’ health, well-being and choice.What you will bring:As well as a positive and flexible attitude you'll possess a good understanding of ACFI, and a dedication to resident care and support, ensuring dignity and choice is central to all that you do.
