We are looking for a warm and friendly Customer Service Officer for our Aged Care home at Doutta Galla Footscray. This is a part time postion working 3 days week one and two days week two.To be successful, you will bring enthusiasm for customer service and administration with a dedication to assisting others. Coupled with excellent organisational and time management skills, you will have exceptional attention to detail. Being technology savvy, experienced using various MS Office tools is a must.The role involves:Being the first point of contact for all customer service enquiries at our Footscray home including telephone, email, visitors, and contractors.Prompt and courteous phone answering, accurate message taking and timely information transfer.Efficiently and effectively performing administration tasks and supporting procurement activities.Attending meetings to take minutes.Coordinating replacement of planned and unplanned staff leave, and completing administrative tasks related to rostering.Doutta Galla FootscrayOur home is located close to Footscray station and Footscray's famous market and gardens.
