This multi-faceted role has responsibilities across sales, marketing, communication and fundraising.The Alliance and Partnerships General Manager will project manage new programs, lead incubation of new services including, but not limited to, mergers and acquisitions and hold responsibility for oversight of implementation of the Aged Care Royal Commission project. Your adaptive and innovative style, with proven ability to see beyond the day to day, developing and implementing key initiatives and using established and proven methodologies will be key to your success.You will also have:Proven success working in Marketing, Communications and Sales.Blend of both strategic and tactical thinking, capable of identifying and prioritising alliance and partnership opportunities aligned to the organisation’s vision and strategy.Highly developed collaboration, negotiation, relationship building and stakeholder management skills.Commitment to improving customer experience with expertise in brand and reputation management.Donor relationship building experience with achievement in fundraising.Proven experience in developing new business opportunities in a similar industry.Involvement in mergers, acquisitions and partnership due diligence, scoping, closing and integration.Consumer and stakeholder engagement experience.Experience liaising and working with government bodies.Success in creating winning grant and tender submissions.Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or similar.The Organisation:Doutta Galla Aged Services is a not for profit aged care organisation with over thirty years’ experience caring for people from a diverse range of backgrounds.
