The role:As the Client Liaison Officer for Doutta Galla Aged Services you will be responsible for generating awareness in the referral healthcare network of the residential, retirement living and in-home care services Doutta Galla provides. Pivotal to the role will be your ability to cultivate key referral relationships and ability to identify new business opportunities to further develop the referral pipeline. You will have the enthusiasm and drive to ‘hit the ground’ running and you will ensure our services stay front of mind with healthcare workers such as social workers, GPs, allied health professionals and community groups resulting in a greater market penetration and revenue growth.Providing excellent end-to-end customer service, you will provide advice and support to potential residents and their families. You will conduct tours, explain the costs associated with entry to residential aged care and available services and purchasing a retirement living unit. You will also engage while providing a welcoming experience and supporting a comfortable transition into Doutta Galla Homes and access to services.You will have:Superior customer service, relationship management, interpersonal and communication skills.Ability to build trust and rapport, with a warm and friendly nature.Networking and business development experience within hospital groups, GPs, social workers, allied health professionals and local communities.Solutions-based selling experience based on customer needs.Experience working towards and achieving service and sales KPIs.A tertiary qualification preferably in health care or business is highly regarded.The Organisation:Doutta Galla Aged Services is a not-for-profit aged care organisation with over thirty years’ experience caring for people from a diverse range of backgrounds.
