To join our professional Corporate Services team you will be experienced in the aged care industry (or similar), have excellent organisational and time management skills, attention to detail and a natural ability to communicate. You will be technology savy, experienced using various MS Office tools, web-based programs, as well as, social media platforms.You will contribute by:Prompt and courteous telephone answering, accurate message taking and timely information transfer.Delivering high level customer service when meeting and greeting visitors and staff.Always ensuring meeting rooms, kitchen and other office facilities are clean and tidy and supplies maintained.Efficiently and accurately performing office duties and administration tasks.
