At times you may be the first point of contact and the voice for Doutta Galla Aged Services, people will remember how you engage with them and how you make them feel. To join our professional Corporate Services team, you will be experienced in a busy health care (or similar) environment, have excellent organisational and time management skills, attention to detail and a natural ability to communicate. You will be technology savvy, experienced using various MS Office tools, web-based programs and social media platforms.You will contribute by providing a positive customer experience by:Prompt and courteous telephone answering, accurate message taking and timely information transfer.Delivering high level customer service when meeting and greeting over the phone, virtually or face-to-face visitors and staff.Efficiently and accurately performing office duties and administration tasks.Always ensuring meeting rooms, kitchen and other office facilities are clean and tidy and supplies maintained.
