A highly rewarding Executive Manager Business Operations role leading a team of committed Residential Aged Care Managers. The role has responsibility for supporting our aged care homes across metropolitan Melbourne and regional Victoria to deliver high-quality person-centered services to residents and their families.Supported by the Extended Care Services General Manager, this position will be pivotal in creating an environment where our residents continue to receive high quality residential aged care services with effective and efficient operations. The role will be instrumental in implementing change programs across our residential aged care homes in response to the aged care reform agenda and royal commission recommendations.Equipped with an outstanding ability to deliver, you will balance the strategic and operational needs of the role with a strong understanding of governance and the aged care reform agenda. You will have the ability to develop a dedicated and highly skilled team in the delivery of excellence in care across our homes.The Executive Manager Business Operations will be accountable for the effective operation of each aged care home including:Delivery of high-quality resident services through effective resource utilizationMaintaining accreditation and compliance to aged care and disability standardsImplementing change programs across the aged care homes in response to aged care reforms and royal commission recommendations.Financial and budgetary KPI’s, funding, occupancy and staffingDevelopment, implementation and monitoring of the aged care homes operational business planManagement of organisational operational contracts.To be successful in the role you will have experience leading a multidisciplinary team and a solid understanding of what it takes to be a leader in Aged and Disability Care with a growth mindset. Extensive financial/budget management experience and a strong background in leading positive change are essential for this role.
