Partner with managers, providing advice on all generalist HR matters Work with a collaborative and supportive HR team Be part of a values-based organisation and give back to the communityAbout the role:Be a trusted advisor and partner with managers on generalist HR matters and workforce planning.Develop, maintain, review and facilitate high quality HR frameworks, policies and procedures.Work closely with the People and Culture team, management and colleagues to foster work relationships, build morale, and increase staff engagement, productivity and retention. Oversee and manage employee relations issues to resolution.Provide HR policy, Award and EBA guidance and interpretation.Ensure compliance with industrial instruments, legislation and relevant agreements.About you:Ideally you will bring with you:Experience building trusted relationships and developing strategic partnerships with key stakeholders.HR generalist experience in the health, aged care or community sector preferable.Thorough and up to date knowledge and understanding of IR, ER and employment legislation.Expertise in HR, information management and payroll software/systems.Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business or similar.About us:Doutta Galla Aged Services is a not-for-profit aged care organisation.
