Doutta Galla West is looking to appoint an In-Home Care Assessment Officer to join our team on a 6-month contract basis.  You'll have the flexibility to work either full-time or part-time (minimum 4 days per week), allowing you to conduct assessments and create care plans for clients benefiting from home care services under the Commonwealth Home Support Program (CHSP) and brokerage agreements.This role has emerged in response to the growing demand and interest in community care within Melbourne's west and north-western suburbs.
