We are seeking experienced, passionate and caring Personal Care Assistants to join the team at our Doutta Galla Lynchs Bridge home located in Kensington on a casual basis.

Lynch’s Bridge is home to a warm community where everyone looks out for each other. A daily Lifestyle Program brings people together for exercise, music, art and other activities to nurture skills and foster friendships.
Many residents have lived in the area for a long time and maintain strong connections with the local community. Our staff and residents alike come from culturally diverse backgrounds, they speak many languages and share their rich cultural traditions with all of us.
We are a not for profit aged care organisation with almost thirty years’ experience caring for people from a diverse range of backgrounds. Everyone is welcome - all cultures, nationalities, faiths and language groups.
What we are seeking:
- 12 months or more experience working in an aged care setting
- A passion for providing quality, relationship based individual care
- An uncompromising standard of care delivered with compassion, dignity and respect
- A Certificate III in Aged Care
- A willingness to embrace and champion the Aged Care Quality Standards
