What we are looking for:We're looking for an experienced in charge Registered Nurse (Grade 3) with Aged Care experience to join our Yarraville Village home.On a permanent full time basis, you will join our dedicated team working in charge Monday to Friday 0700-1500. As a natural leader you'll be someone who embraces the Aged Care Quality Standards as you lead a team of personal care assistants to deliver personalised care to maximise each residents’ health, well-being and choice.This position is responsible for delivering clinical care services, care planning, review and assessment of all aspects of clinical care whilst ensuring an effective and customer focused service delivery for all residents.What you will bring:As well as a positive and flexible attitude you'll possess a good understanding of ACFI, and a dedication to resident care and support. You will ensure dignity and choice is central to all that you do as you deliver clinical care services, care planning, review and assessment.You'll also have great interpersonal skills as you engage with residents, families, staff, allied health professionals and others ensuring an effective and customer focused service delivery for all residents.Please note that the successful applicant will hold a current Division 1 AHPRA Registration, and experience as an in charge Registered Nurse. About Doutta Galla Yarraville Village: Our lovely aged care residential home blends quietly into a heritage streetscape and is a short walk from Yarraville Gardens and the busy village centre.
