Registered Nurse – In Charge (Grade 3)

What we are looking for:We're looking for an experienced In charge Registered Nurse - Grade 3 with Aged Care experience as a senior leader, to work on a casual/leave reliever basis at our Yarraville home. As a natural leader you'll be someone who embraces the Aged Care Quality Standards as you lead a team of personal care assistants to deliver personalised care to maximise each residents’ health, well-being and choice.You'll need to be very flexible too as this position will cover Monday to Sunday shifts, mornings or afternoons.  About Doutta Galla Yarraville Village:Doutta Galla Aged Services is a not for profit aged care organisation with almost thirty years’ experience caring for people from a diverse range of backgrounds.  We have eight aged care homes across Victoria located predominantly in the western suburbs.  At Doutta Galla we are proud of the diversity of our residents and staff.  Everyone is welcome - all cultures, nationalities, faiths and language groups.Yarraville Village is just a few minutes walk from the beautiful Yarraville Gardens, station, and shops.
