Doutta Galla Aged Services seeks an experienced Workforce Coordinator to support scheduling of staffing across all our Aged Care Homes to ensure the delivery of quality care to residents. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the requirements of 24/7 RN and Care Minutes are met whilst assisting with rostering administration, leave planning and the casual workforce.
