We’re looking for a customer-focused receptionist with strong administrative skills and a friendly, professional approach.
This position is fixed full time for 6 months, Working Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.
To succeed in this role, you’ll bring:
This role involves:
Being the first point of contact for all customer service enquiries including in person, telephone and email contact.
Meeting and greeting visitors, staff and contractors in a professional and courteous manner.
Efficiently and effectively performing administration tasks, including supporting procurement activities and operational areas at the home
Assist with coordinating staff replacements for planned and unplanned leave
