We have a rewarding position at Doutta Galla Lynches Bridge for a Clinical Care Coordinator. This leadership position provides clinical support and staff management, offering an exciting opportunity to work in a role with an organisation you can be proud of.

The role is full-time: Monday to Friday 0700-1506 and is responsible for the delivery of resident focused clinical care services including care planning, review and assessment of all aspects of clinical care.  

What you bring:

• Current AHPRA Registered Nurse DIV 1 registration with no conditions.
• Dedication to resident care and support.
• Excellent clinical knowledge regarding medical conditions, palliative care and care of people living with dementia, including managing challenging behaviours.
• Advanced clinical skills and experience in managing outbreaks and emergency situations.  
• Proven ability to motivate and lead staff, promoting a positive work environment. 
• Highly developed interpersonal and written skills, and the ability to effectively communicate with residents, resident representatives and other health professionals.
• Strong planning, time management and organisational skills.
• Ability to complete reporting and conduct trend analysis and observations to inform best practice care.
• A good understanding of the Aged Care Act and its principles, Aged Care Standards, and AN-ACC funding and palliative care funding.
