Reporting directly to the CFO, you’ll lead a team of finance professionals through a period of exciting transformation.
What we’re looking for:
- Proven leadership experience in a senior finance role (aged care/health highly preferable).
- Strong change management and finance technology implementation capability.
- Authentic leadership style with a collaborative and coaching mindset.
- Sector experience in aged care, health, or other regulated environments.
- Bachelor’s degree qualification in Accounting, Finance or a closely-related field.
You’ll be a trusted voice to senior management and executives bringing deep experience in managing complex finance matters. This role will be pivotal in helping steer the organisation toward sustainable, long-term growth.
Key Objectives:
- Lead the operational finance, payrolling and investment functions in achieving excellent in service delivery, financial performance and compliance.
- Build capability and fostering a positive, collaborative team culture through a commitment to best practice, continuous improvement and values-based leadership.
- Manage the fixed-interest investment portfolio, ensuring effective internal controls for full accountability and compliance with prudential standards and Board policies.
- Partner closely with all internal stakeholders to ensure all financial services are responsive, cost-effective and aligned to the needs of the company.
