Learning and Volunteer Administrator – Parental Leave The Role:The Learning and Coordinator is responsible for coordination of training, preparation of learning resources, coordination of the student placement program, and oversees the learning management systems. This role is also responsible for coordinating the volunteer requirements of the organisation. This includes overseeing advertising and recruitment which includes selection, onboarding, induction, training, rewarding and recognising Doutta Galla volunteers. Reporting to the Learning and Organisational Development Manager.Key Responsibilities:Contribute to development and management of the training calendar across the organisation, including on-line and facilitated learning programsAssist the Learning and Organisational Development Manager to coordinate training programs, including the development of learning resourcesPromote education and learning opportunities, liaising with all Residential Service Managers and Admin staffCoordinate the registration of employees to learning sessions across the organisationLiaise with external training providers to arrange training sessions for staff based on roles and needsAssist with facilitation of induction sessions (or other training) as required.Participate in evaluation and monitoring of training and development programs.Oversee the learning management system, as well as employee data, ensuring information is accurate and up to date on all required systems.Prepare and coordinate online learning batch allocations where required.Coordinate and support the management of the student placement program As the successful candidate you will have the following experience and     skills:Experience in a similar role, preferably in aged care Qualifications in education, community services, volunteer management or a related fieldHighly organized and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously  Confident using MS Office and learning new systems with attention to detailsSkilled at prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlinesWorking collaboratively with external training providers Developing policies and procedures for volunteers.If you are interested in this opportunity, please provide a copy of your resume and cover letter.Agencies should note that unsolicited resumes will not be accepted for this position.  AUD Footscray 3011
