The Role:
This position is suited to a Human Resources Administrator with at least two years’ experience in workforce planning and understanding of modern awards, to enhance and develop their technical and professional skills. It is a great opportunity to provide administrative support relating to employment HR systems, contracts and recruitment ensuring smooth operations across the organisation.
As a vital member of the People and Culture team, the Systems and Human Resources Administrator plays a crucial role for internal stakeholders by managing the employment lifecycle administration, contract variations, and providing advice and guidance with different HR software and systems.
Additionally, this role contributes to a range of HR projects and provides support with recruitment by posting job advertisements, shortlisting candidates, conducting phone screenings, and performing reference checks.
