This role has a focus on continuous improvement and ensuring that services are delivered in line with organisational values and quality standards. It is key in ensuring residents of continue to receive high-quality person-centred care services and where the home operates effectively and efficiently.What you will bring:We are seeking a Manager who holds a current AHPRA Registered Nurse qualification. Additionally, you need to be commercially astute and an experienced people manager with Aged Care experience.
