A rewarding opportunity at our Avondale Heights Residential Aged Care Home for an experienced Clinical Care Coordinator. This is a full time position Monday to Friday 0700-1500.The role will be responsible for the delivery of clinical care services including care planning, review and assessments. What you will bring:Dedication to resident care and supportExcellent clinical knowledge regarding medical conditions, palliative care, and care of people living with dementia including managing challenging behavioursHigh level interpersonal and written skillsPrevious experience as a Clinical ManagerDemonstrated experience in managing staff, including performance management Ability to effectively communicate with residents, resident representatives and other health professionalsA good understanding of the aged care reform agenda, including AN-ACC funding and royal commission recommendations related to clinical careCurrent AHPRA Registered Nurse DIV 1 registration with no conditionsThe Organisation:Doutta Galla Aged Services is a not for profit aged care organisation with over thirty years’ experience caring for people from a diverse range of backgrounds.
